1. Overview
Plyphr is offered on a single subscription plan: US$49/month, with a 3-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. This policy explains when you are charged, how to cancel, and how refunds work. It applies to all purchases of the Plyphr subscription.
2. Free Trial & When Billing Starts
- Your 3-day free trial begins when you start it. A payment method is required up front.
- When the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to paid and your payment method is charged US$49/month, and US$49/month every month thereafter, until you cancel.
- To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged and your access continues until the trial period is over.
- When you start the trial, you receive a confirmation that includes the subscription terms, the price after the trial, the date of the first charge, and how to cancel — in a form you can keep.
3. How to Cancel
You can cancel at any time, and cancelling is as easy as signing up. Because you sign up online, you can cancel online — we will never require a phone call, a chat with a retention agent, or any extra steps that delay cancellation.
- Cancel through the "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle.com receipt or confirmation email, or from your buyer account at paddle.net.
- Cancellation stops the next charge immediately. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period (no partial prorated charges for the remaining time).
- Cancelling before your 3-day trial ends means you are never charged.
4. Refunds
Plyphr is a digital subscription service. Our refund approach:
- Free trial: the trial is free, so cancelling before it ends means there is nothing to refund.
- Refund window: we honor Paddle.com's refund window of 14 days from a charge (the first subscription payment, or a renewal). If you were charged and believe it was in error, or you are unhappy with your first paid period, contact us or Paddle.com within that window and we will work with you in good faith.
- Renewals: because you can cancel anytime to stop the next charge, subscription renewals are generally not refundable beyond the 14-day window, except where required by law or in cases of billing error or a service failure.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 14 days of approval.
5. Merchant of Record (Paddle)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, provides customer-service inquiries about billing, and handles returns and refunds. When you subscribe, your payment contract is with Paddle.com (for U.S. buyers, Paddle.com Inc.), while the Plyphr service is provided to you by León Allende.

6. Price Changes
If we ever change the subscription price, we will give you clear and conspicuous notice at least 7 and no more than 30 days before the new price takes effect, along with how to cancel. Any price change applies only to billing periods after the notice; you can cancel before it takes effect if you do not wish to continue.
